The Fair is famous for the numerous arts & crafts exhibitors that travel from around the United States and Canada to bring their amazing works of art to Colorado. Browse through some of the most detailed and authentic handmade arts and crafts exhibits and converse with the artists about their one-of-a-kind items such as ceramics, children's items, drawings/graphics, dried floral, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, metal crafts, paintings, paper crafts, photography, sculpture, candles, soap, wearable art, wood and more. All items are originally handcrafted and shown by the artist, no imported or mass produced items allowed. Fair-goers can also enjoy our Sundry exhibitors who help to create the Spirit of the Fair with face-painting, henna body art, tarot card/fortune readings, balloon creations, assorted children’s items such as foam critters and kites, pre-packaged food, massage therapists and other unique items and services. Since 1974 Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods, Inc., CHUN, has worked with numerous non-profit and fellow neighborhood organizations to assure the quality of life greater Capitol Hill residents and business owners have come to expect. You can visit these nonprofit associations and neighborhood organizations who help to make greater Capitol Hill such a wonderful place to live or work. Some of these organizations also staff the soft drink and beer beverage booths as Community Partners in which they receive a portion of the proceeds from their sales. Our Community Partners staff our beer and soft drink booths, and earn part of the proceeds from those booths for their non-profit organization. Community Partners must have their 501(c)(3) to participate.
